Cvhocefkvt os (My name is) Willow Blythe-Carroll.
I'm a tribally-enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, an award-winning Indigenous storyteller, TEDx speaker, certified yoga teacher, and founder of Weaving Wisdom®. I've been recognized as a Native American 40 Under 40 honoree and a 40 Under 40 Leader of Influence.
For more than a decade, I've partnered with Fortune 50 corporations, nonprofits, tribal organizations, and educational institutions, leading strategic communications, marketing, and storytelling initiatives that shape how organizations tell their story and how leaders show up in the world.
That journey still shapes everything I do. But I had to find my way here first.
For years, I felt pulled in two different directions, between who others wanted me to be and who I actually was. I was doing meaningful work but disconnected from myself. Something wasn't aligned and I couldn't ignore it.
I knew where my heart was. It was in the moments I was sharing my story and wisdom with communities, especially Indigenous youth. That was the work that called to me. I was living in two worlds and I needed to bring them together.
So I made a choice. I leaned fully into the work that drew my heart. That’s when everything changed.
That work blossomed.
So did I.
Something opened in me, a reconnection to my roots as an Indigenous woman, my people, and a call to reclaim my identity and who I was always meant to be.
What began with Indigenous youth and communities grew into something beautiful and unexpected. Leaders everywhere were searching for the same thing: a way back to themselves. And all the while, my own reclamation journey was unfolding.
It led me to the TEDx stage. In 2025, I gave a talk called "Reclaim Your Voice, Rewrite Your Story," sharing my journey of resilience and the power we all have to transform our lives through the choices we make.
That moment confirmed what I knew at heart: this is the work I'm purposed to do.
Everything I do now is about creating space for leaders to reconnect with their inner strength and the wisdom of their bodies. To remember who they are beneath all the doing.
And every day, I'm weaving wisdom into people's lives through story, practice, and the belief that everything you need is already inside you.
